Packer/Production worker

For our client in Maastricht we are looking for employees for the packing department. As a packer you will be involved in the complete packing process of the cookies. What does this mean? Conveyor belt work, fast and standing work. Responsible for the complete picking and packing process of the freshly baked cookies. You are working on different lines, each line has a different mode of picking and packing. You prepare everything for transport. You will also be working within a pleasant team of colleagues. You understand that hygiëne is very important. You work precise and thorough cleaning, ensuring a clean working environment is also part of the duties. You are physically fit, since the work is mostly done standing up.
 

• You preferably have experience with packing and fine production work.
• You are willing to work in 2 and 3 shifts : 06.00-14.00/ 14.00-22.00/ 22.00 -06.00.
• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language
• There is a trial day, if you pass it, you may start working
• Hygiene rules must be followed-no gel nails, no nail polish, no artificial nails, no perfumes, no jewelery, no piercing, no fake eyelashes, must wear a hairnet
• Important: We can only contact people who send an updated CV in English and hold a European Passport/ ID card or stay and work permit in the Netherlands

• Structural planning
• Start salary € 14.97 per hour
• Shift allowance - between 18.00-03.00 h  --> 138 % and between 03.00-06.30 h --> 139 %
• Own transport and own accommodation is a must

There is a perspective of increasing the hourly wage if the worker performs well: after 26 worked weeks they will get €15,43
Per year > in January they will rise 1 group if they worked for at least 22 weeks in the year before
Work on Saturdays is sporadic and if so, those who want to work on Saturdays do so but are not obliged to. Standing job, fast work, friendly environment, family company.
