Logistics Service Assistant
As Logistics Service Assistent, you will support the Logistics Service Represtatives with the delivery of material to customer’s requested destination safely, on-time, undamaged, and with the right paperwork.
Wat ga je doen?
- Monitor timely shipments and administer logistics transactional movements.
- Manage logistics changes and exceptions requiring special arrangements.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, including Quality Notification tracking and management.
- Effectively communicate across internal and external partners, including in emergency situations.
- Review and approve invoices, claims, and accessorial charges.
Wat kun jij?
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business, logistics, supply chain, finance, or technology related field is preferred. However, individuals with other qualifications will be considered (e.g., other relevant education).
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a relevant service role (e.g. Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Customer Service, Finance, or Supply Chain disciplines)
- Fluent in English.
