Foreman reinforcement department

As a Foreman in the reinforcement department at our company, you'll collaborate with the department supervisor to allocate tasks and provide work instructions to department employees, ensuring compliance. You'll inspect reinforcement cages based on reinforcement and production drawings. In the absence of the department supervisor, you'll lead department employees and foster good teamwork. You'll ensure good working conditions, safety, and cleanliness. Additionally, you'll share responsibility for the productivity and quality of the reinforcement produced in your department. You'll report to the department supervisor.

• MBO level 1/2 education.
• Desired leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Dutch is preferred, or willingness to undergo language training.
• Communication skills in English; German proficiency is advantageous.
• Relevant knowledge of reinforcement and ability to read drawings.
• Willingness to learn to operate the mesh welding machine.
• Willingness to undergo Emergency Response Training (BHV).
