Macro-analysis: I personally feel since 1990 the gap between the minimum pay and the cost of living has been widening. Of course this is an issue that Wiertz has no control over. Wiertz seems to pay a little above the minimum wage which is good and travel expenses are also covered which is a positive. Micro-analysis: . I feel that Kay from Wiertz does a good job with follow-ups and ensuring that your work experience goes smoothly. I however feel that Wiertz needs to try and expand their clientele as they do have sufficient job listings but it could be better (more variety is always a good idea).
